Let me start with this, I love Tarp Chapel! Everything about this venue is just so special to me! …And this was such special day for me, being part of this whole wedding planning and process was just an awesome fun experience. Sheri is one of those super creative girls with a real clear and unique vision of her wedding, and nothing less was to be expected from a graphic designer. Sheri did a wonderful job creating all paper goods for her wedding day I knew her wedding would be super special. I had luckily already spent time with her over coffee several times planning and also during our engagement session and bridal session, so by the time the wedding day arrived we were ready and had a timeline to go by!!
The ceremony was held at the gorgeous Tarp Chapel were they also got ready and we did a guest departure and family formals, Followed by some downtown bridal party fun even with the very windy day we managed to get some amazing fun shots near 4th street. Later on we all headed to My Photo Studio downtown tulsa were the reception was taking place, neat tables decorated with lovely wine bottles all handmade by the bride ( and the family who came in a few days early to help with all the arrangements) and a lovely long table for the large bridal party was decorated with hanging lanterns and flowers, everything looked just wonderful, Sheri had all the details mapped out to perfection and everything was creative and neat!
The guest arrived to wait for the Mr. & Mrs. and after a fantastic grand entrance they danced to their first dance and the night was just getting started with Andolini’s, gelato and some delicious cake.. not to mention there was also a great view of the Tulsa regular game fireworks from the reception!
I was able to sneak them out to the terrace of the studio for some night shots before I left and I can honestly say those are some amazing night shots! (Thank you Chelsea from Take Heart, who was graciously willing to help out in the dark!) It was a wonderful ceremony and a very fun reception and I definitely enjoyed it way more than ever! Thank you Sheri & Shane for letting me part of such an amazing day!
